How we use Your information:

On any and all original artwork purchased through the Linda Brown Gallery, the Linda Brown Gallery reserves all printing rights.
All original artwork will be registered with the Fine Art Registry. The title and the artists signature will be added in archival ink on the back of the canvas, and the certificate of authenticity will be placed over the signature. A photograph is taken and then submitted to the Fine Art Registry.
Upon receipt of your original painting you will receive the paperwork which will explain to you the online steps to take, to then register the painting in your name.

This very special creation of mine will then be yours.

We at Linda Brown Gallery have taken every measure to provide you, the buyer, with a safe and secure website. Our contemporary art gallery is dedicated to making your visit as secure as possible. You may checkout through PayPal, or through our secure checkout, using personal check, debit cards or all major credit cards (Visa MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.)

All paintings are shipped free of charge in the Continental United States. All of Linda Brown’s paintings are fully insured by Linda Brown.

If you’re not in the Continental United States please email us to calculate international shipping for your paintings and to ensure proper checkout process.

Please allow 5-6 weeks for your giclee(s) to arrive. All of Linda Brown’s paintings are shipped through UPS, tracking number is provided via email, upon request.

Linda Brown’s art is painted on gallery edged 100% rag cotton canvas. No frame is required or recommended by the artist, since the edges are a part of the painting.

Each painting receives three coats of the highest semi-gloss varnish, allowing for preservation of the art for many years.

All of giclees are printed using the highest quality archival-pigmented ink jets. Each giclee is treated with a UV protective spray. All giclees are hand re-worked by Linda Brown. The shadows are deepened and the highlights are brightened. Texture is added, thereby providing each piece of art an original look and feel.

The giclee is re-signed by Linda Brown. The title and number in series are added to the back of each giclee. All giclees are printed in limited edition of 50.

It is our desire to provide you with a secure and rewarding purchase experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase[s], we will refund your money, minus any shipping charges.

Any returns must be made within 7 days of receipt of your purchase and returned in like condition. It is recommended that you insure your return package, as we are not responsible for items being lost or damaged during transit.
